Owing to an expansion in July 2011, the workshop of our casting factory amounted to 15000 square meters. We have also put into use the 2040 horizontal parting caseless automatic style line imported from Hunter Company (US), with dimensions of sand box being 508*610*400mm. Our smelting applies the 1.5-ton one trail two electric furnaces. In 2014, we introduced from Tianwan the static pressure automatic style line with case, with the dimensions of sand box being 650*750*400mm and 550*650*400mm, and supported by the 2-ton electric furnace. At the same time, the chemical analyzer, spectrograph and other corollary equipment are also put into application.
